Since Prekubator was established, the technology transfer office has helped with founding several new spin-out companies and establishing several license agreements. Approximately 50 ideas are presented to Prekubator each year. One third of the ideas are chosen for further development, and one third of the projects are successfully commercialised.
The commercialisation process has been developed in close cooperation with IRIS Forskningsinvest, Procom Venture, Stavanger Helseforskning and Ipark. As well as with investors and industry through Joint Industry Projects.
